2018 Summer Mini Classes

June 18, 2018 to August 31, 2018

These classes will run Monday thru Thursday

Times:

  • 1140am-1210pm
  • 1210pm-1240pm
  • 1240pm-110pm
  • 110pm-140pm

Fees:  Each class is $6.00 if paid by June 8, 2018, After June 8th $8.00/class.
These must be paid in cash and classes cannot be changed without permission

Summer Mini Classes

MONDAYS: PILATES FUSION: A full body Pilates mat workout set to the beat of awesome music; combining cardio, strength resistance training, coordination techniques and flexibility training to take your cross training to the next level

TUESDAYS: BALLET: Introduction through advanced ballet techniques. Critical bending, turn out, extension and point will be taught. This is of major importance to figure skating .

WEDNESDAYS: SPINS: All aspects of spins will be taught in this class. Positioning, rotation, balance, variations and features.

THURSDAYS: FASTER, HIGHER, STRONGER: Circuit training for skatersset to upbeat of fun music to help skaters spin faster, jump higher and skate stronger. A total body workout
incorporating strength, coordination, flexibility, agility through the use of TRX, Pilates, Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, Box Jumps, Agility Ladders, Hurdles, Free Weights and more
