2019 Summer Mini Classes
June 17, 2019 to August 30, 2019
These classes will run Monday thru Thursday
- 11:40 am - 12:10 pm
- 12:10 pm - 12:40 pm
- 12:40 pm - 1:10 pm
- 1:10 pm - 1:40 pm
Fees: Each class is $6.00 if paid by June 7, 2019, After June 7th $8.00/class.
These must be paid in cash and classes cannot be changed without permission

Summer Mini Classes
MONDAYS: PLYOMETRICS: This class is designed to improve the skaters ability to produce repetitive power with their jumps. Through a medically based plyometric program, your athlete will learn proper landing and take-off techniques to enhance their lower body explosiveness. Jump Faster, Jump Higher!
TUESDAYS: HIIT STRENGTH: This class will feature a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based age specific class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and improve you ice performance.
WEDNESDAYS: POSITIONS FOR SKATING: Focusing on proper extension, turn out, and point, with correct body alignment. Working deep knee and ankle bend, ankle stability, and balance.
THURSDAYS: PILATES/STRETCH: A full body Pilates mat workout set to the beat of awesome music; combining cardio, strength resistance training, coordination techniques and flexibility training to take your cross training to the next level
