We are delighted to announce a strategic partnership with the Philadelphia Hockey Academy (PHA). Coming this fall for the 2024-25 school year, this partnership is set to deliver an unrivaled platform for young student-athletes to thrive, fostering holistic growth and creating well-rounded individuals who excel academically, on the ice, and positively impact their communities.

The innovative approach and shared values of IceWorks and PHA make this partnership a perfect match. By joining forces, we aim to enhance the overall development of aspiring student-athletes and create an environment that nurtures their potential. IceWorks is thrilled to bring PHA into the IceWorks family, further solidifying our commitment to delivering excellence in hockey instruction.

The Philadelphia Hockey Academy has built a formidable reputation for its dedication to promoting athletic achievement, academic success, and community involvement. In their first three years of graduating seniors, PHA student-athletes have earned four D1 commitments and eight D3 commitments while achieving a groupwide GPA of 3.7.

This collaboration will empower both organizations to combine their expertise and years of experience, offering a broader array of educational opportunities and enriching experiences for student-athletes in grades six through twelve.

With this partnership, PHA will create a comprehensive learning environment at IceWorks that will focus not only on hockey skills but also on equipping student-athletes with the essential tools for a successful future. We believe that true success lies beyond the rink – it encompasses academic success, personal growth, strong values, and active engagement within the community.

This strategic partnership will leverage IceWorks’ state-of-the-art facilities, renowned coaching staff, and commitment to individualized attention. Together with PHA, we aim to sharpen the skills of young athletes, foster leadership qualities, and prepare them to excel both on and off the ice.

PHA will be hosting open houses during our pre-skates in April, with dates and times to be determined. We will send an update as we finalize our plans.
